Gateway to Madagascar: Our newest most exciting destination yet! Come join us for the first time to this incredible island. Our trip will be active - hiking based, and minimize city visits. Our plan is created especially for us hikers so that we can explore outdoors and witness the majestic landscapes of this amazing island country. From the rainforests to the mountains we will see a variety of animals, plants and scenery unlike anything else on earth. There are more endemic species of animals and plants here than even on than on Socotra island. We hope to see as much as we can in 8 days 7 nights, on a direct flight, with a budget friendly price. We will fly on a direct flight on Emirates to maximize the time, flights are around 4500 DH round trip.

Madagascar: Rainforests, Canyons & Lemurs

Saturday Morning: Day 1 · Fly on Emirates Friday - arrive Friday 5:00 PM

• Location: Antananarivo

• What you'll see: Scenic highland city views as you settle in after your flight to the hotel in the city for dinner and a city tour.

Sunday Day 2: Andasibe – Analamazaotra National Park

• Activity: Mostly driving, but will have a short hike in tropical rainforest

• What you'll see: Indri indri lemurs, orchids, giant ferns, and primary rainforest trails

Monday Day 3: Tritivia Lake

• Activity: Highland hike to crater lake

• What you'll see: Crater lake views, volcanic cliffs, rickshaws, and colonial charm

Tuesday Day 4: Ambositra Rainforests Hike

• Activity: Scenic transfer with nature stops along the way

• What you'll see: Highland forest, artisan markets, and rainforest-covered slopes

Wednesday Day 5: Rainforests of Ranomafana National Park

• Activity: Rainforest trek + waterfall walk

• What you'll see: Lemurs, bamboo forest, waterfalls, hot springs, and rare birds

Thursday Day 6: Tsoranoro Valley

• Activity: Mountain hike to panoramic viewpoint

• What you'll see: Cliffs, savannah grasslands, ring-tailed lemurs, and baobab trees

Friday Day 7: Location: Isalo National Park → Toliara → Antananarivo

• Activity: Canyon hike + scenic flight

• What you'll see: Sandstone canyons, natural pools, aloe groves, and sunset at the “Window of Isalo”

Saturday Day 8 Early Morning Departure back to. Dubai

• Trek Difficulty: Intermediate

  The day hikes are meant to be enjoyable with amaazing scenery but it is still 7 days of hiking. As long as you are fit, you will be very comfortable.
