If you're looking for an adventure that's a bit off the beaten path, the Upper Mustang Trek in Nepal might just be your next unforgettable journey. This is not a popular trek, so by definition you will be ‘off’ the ‘beaten path’ If you have been on a more popular Nepal trek before, you’ll need to revise your expectations a bit. This will NOT be a crowded trail with all of the facilities available. It is remote, to small villages which you will be passing through to enjoy their hospitality.

Low Altitude Trek: We will not go higher than 4000m and our trek allows us good acclimatization along the way.

With a limit of only five trekkers, expect personalized attention and support throughout this unforgettable adventure.

The restricted area on the border of Tibet, nobody treks here. Hard to reach, remote, and limited facilities. For the hard core trekkers only. Low altitude trek not above 4000 m with long trekking days and lets be honest, its better than camping, but not by much.

If you want to really get away from it all, including the crowds of trekkers, this is the hike for you.

  • Everest Base Camp is much easier than you think! The trekking days are short - only one day is more than 6 hours and most are only 4 hours giving you lots of time to recover each day. your pace is also very slow giving your body time to acclimatize!

    However, that said training is essential, so we make that possible by including 4 training treks as part of your trek!

  • Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m/4264ft).

    On your arrival at Kathmandu International Airport. You have to arrive in the morning because we will drive the same day to reach the Guest house in Manthali, where you will have to catch the flight to Lukla.

    Day 2:

    Day 2: Fly to Jomsom → Kagbeni (2,800m)

    Day 2: Kagbeni → Chele (3,050m)

    Day 3: Chele → Syangboche (3,800m)

    Day 4: Syangboche → Lo Manthang (3,840m)

    Day 5: Explore Lo Manthang → Return to Jomsom to Kathmandu

    Day 6: Back to Dubai

  • Total cost: 6500 DH

  • This trek will go ahead with a minimum of 3 people booked. If the trip is not filled up 2 days before the hike, you will be refunded in full.
