This has been on our bucket list for a long time! Morocco’s Mt Toubkal! A short summit climb and low altitude but incredible scenery and a unique place to visit and very doable climb in 3 days for most people.
Saturday 1: Arrival Day 7:30 PM. Overnight in 5 star Hotel Marrakesh:

Day 2: Drive to the start of the climb and short hiking day.
Sunday Day 2: START THE CLIMB: -
Drive 1.5 hours to reach base of Mountain
Starat hike 6 hours to 1740m to the base of the trek through the villages of the Azzaden valley and local Berber villages, passing through waterfalls and the changing terrain until we reach the Tamsoult Refuge at 2600m.
Overnight at Tamsoult Refuge 2600m.
Monday DAY 3: Climb To Summit
Trek through the uphill rocky passes, reaching panoranic Atlas views and the Aguilzim Pass of 3560m before we descend slightly to the Toubkal Refuge, Base Camp where we will rest and prepare for summit.
6 hours total hike today as we climb to reach the refuge, acclimatize higher and sleep at refuge to prepare for summit tomorrow.
Tuesday DAY 4: Summit (and return to Marrakesh, overnight in Hotel.
We start early at 5 am with an early breakfast at a camp, going up the switchbacks to reach the summit at 4167 m before we descend all the way back down!
We will drive back to Marrakesh today to shower and sleep.
Wednesday DAY 5: Visit Sites in Marrakesh
Souk! of course!
Thursday: Fly back to Dubai 10:40 am
Accommodation: Total 4 nights accommodation - single basis in hotel DAR TASNINE in Marrakesh
Hotel 3 nights in Marrakesh. Single Basis -breakfast only
Accommodation on mountain in Refuges - shared and rugged with shared bathrooms.
