Our members are our most dedicated and loyal clients, and we treat them that way.

What Happens After You Purchase Your Unlimited Membership

You'll receive a welcome email with your tentative calendar, upcoming special events, and the full list of your benefits. From there, we'll add you to the Members WhatsApp group alongside every other member. This group is where we announce special events and where every hike sign up begins.

How to Sign Up for a Hike

  1. Hikes are announced in the WhatsApp group every Monday, ahead of the weekend.

  2. Let us know by Wednesday which hike you want to join.

  3. Last minute joiners are usually welcome, but are subject to approval.

No Minimum Numbers to Worry About

Most UAE Trekkers events need at least 3 hikers to run. As a member, that's not your problem. Your package includes private hikes, so low numbers never stand between you and the trail. You can also join any ECC hike on any day. Their groups run larger and weekend departures are virtually guaranteed.

No Shows

Every member gets one no show without penalty. After that, missed hikes are credited against your package.

Transportation

Transportation is included whenever it's part of the hike itself. One way treks like Wadi Ghalilah or Wadi Shees Hidden Oasis, for example, come with bus pickup and drop off built in.

Every package includes discounts on select trips. These apply automatically when you register through your special discounted link.
