No Shows to a Hike

It happens to the best of us. You mean to get up early and head to the hike but something happens. Normally, this is considered a “no show’ which means it is non refundable and not creditable.

Members will get 1 non penalized no show, but after that, it will be credited against your package.

Transportation Fees

Joining hikes with transportation is an option, but these fees are chargeable at the rate of 200 dh per hike. In hikes where the transportation IS already included, you will still need to pay the 200 dh additional for transportation.

Oman, Liwa and Other Discounts

You are entitled to discounts with every package and this is applied to your fees when you register with a special discounted link.

How Membership Packages Work

Our members are our most dedicated and loyal clients and we treat them well.

What happens after you join?

You will be added to the members whats app group with all other members. This is where we announce any special events and the starting point for signing up for your hikes.

How do I sign up for a hike?

  1. Hikes are announced in the whats app groups on Monday before the weekend.

  2. Decide by Wednesday which hike you want

  3. Last minute Joiners Only if hike has reached minimum numbers

We require at least three confirmed participants by Wednesday for us to commit to leading a trek and allocating guides. If fewer than three members sign up by then, we may need to either reschedule the hike to a different trail or offer it the following weekend—early responses really help us ensure every hike runs smoothly.

If a hike already has enough sign-ups by Wednesday, you may still join as a last-minute booking up until Friday at noon, provided space and guides are available.

Find your Community

After you purchase a package, we will add you to the Membership Whats app Group where we announce the upcoming events each week and where you can request which hike you would like to join. You can also chat with other members to share rides and swap pictures with each other.

Our members make fast friends and end up with a strong sense of community and belonging in our treks. You can also request a hike that you want to do and see if other members would like to join you.

Members Only Events:

We often do special hikes just for our members and when there are fewer than 5 people ‘booked’ on a trek, if everyone is a member that is in the group we will still run the hike.

Season: September - March 31 Officially

Our season runs officially the end of March but as long as the weather is acceptable, we will continue to offer hikes through April, especially if we have trekkers training for summer hikes. Members are always welcome to join. These hikes are often not announced to the public.

The package will officially end at the April and the hikes unused cannot be carried over to the next season.
