Our Guides
Women, mothers, and teachers, either by trade or by nature. Our guides' main role is to engage and interact with every hiker and add to the experience.
This is how we ensure safety: by staying highly engaged in small groups from the start, we can sense slight changes in behavior or energy that may indicate bigger issues, and step in before anyone knows. Essential on an office hike, where not everyone is equally fit but everyone wants to participate equally.

Lunch options are priced separately and vary by vendor menu and setup.
The Approach
A short, beginner hike of three hours, returning before the end of the work day. Your team carpools to the trailhead and supplies their own water, snacks, and backpacks.
Base Camp
Coach transportation to the hike included. Everyone is provided with backpacks, water, and snacks.
Summit
Coach transportation included, backpacks, water, and snacks provided, plus on-trail team-building activities added to the hike itself.

Post-Hike Lunch Options

Catering with a private chef. Bathrooms, changing rooms, and huge space for a BBQ or team-building activities, plenty of room even for a large group.
Hatta Trails · Private Garden Buffet
At the Hatta Fort Resort, five minutes from the trail. Bathrooms, showers, and changing facilities on site.
Kalba · Kingfisher Resort
Kayaking in the Kalba mangroves available as an alternative or afternoon add-on activity.
Sample Schedule for the Day
5:30 AMPick-up from Dubai. Water and snacks distributed on the bus.
6:30 AMStop halfway for rest, toilets, and coffee.
7:30 AMHike begins, everyone receives a backpack with water, juice, and snacks.
11:30 AMMove to the lunch location.
1:30 PMReturn trip back to Dubai begins.
3:30 PMArrive home in Dubai.
Driving distance from Dubai calculated at two hours including a rest stop. Timings vary with group pace, temperature, and sunrise on the day.
On-Trail Team Building
Team building is often treated as a separate, standalone activity, but we weave many of these custom-designed, field-tested activities directly into the hike itself, to make it more fun and spark real interaction between people who don't usually know each other.
Objective: Take Over Leadership
Crisis Leadership Role Play
Each participant takes over leading the group through a trail obstacle or crisis chosen randomly from the grab bag, follow the clues, solve the riddle. Leadership rotates once the team solves the problem.
Objective: Build Rapport
Perspective Pass
Small groups pass a bag of curated conversation-starters as they walk. Each card poses a lighthearted question that goes a layer deeper than small talk without becoming overly personal, lowering the barrier to genuine conversation without singling anyone out.
