Mountain Training: Leopard Hill Challenge

  • UAE Trekkers wadi khdda Ras Al-Khaimah, Ras Al Khaimah United Arab Emirates (map)

The Mountain Training Sessions are only offered for those who are registered for Mt Kenya, Mt.Toubkal, Kilimanjaro, Macchu Picchu, Mt Ararat and Everest Base Camp in Spring/Summer

The picture does not really reflect the scale of the incline. Its steep!

We are committed to give all of our participants that climb with us plenty of opportunities for training and we take that commitment very seriously.

This hill climb is challenging. You may be frustrated the first session, but if you stick with the training, by the last session you will clearly see your growth by how far, and how much faster you are able to reach the top of the hill, how much faster you recover, and how much easier it fills to go uphill.

HIking is the best training for climbing a mountain.

The 500 M Leopard Hill Climb We will run this session 3 times over the next few months, with starting times varying as the heat turns up. The hill is around 4 KM up, and 4 km down, but we may not reach the top the first time. Going all the way up may take nearly 2 hours, and descending will take around 1 hour.
