This trek is designed for anyone climbing Kilimanjaro or any other multi day high altitude trek in the next few months.

Learn your training rate, max heart rate AND RECOVERY RATE
Learn pacing for summit and pacing for endurance
Use your trekking poles CORRECTLY to maximize their efficiency
How to use your water bladder, backpack and other techniques essential for summit success

Lilliane has climbed Kilimanjaro 2 times amongst many other high altitude peaks like Mt Kenya,Everest Base Camp, Lenin Peak, Elbrus, Nanga Parbat Base Camp, ABC Base Camp and many more. She has been guiding and coaching new climbers like yourself since 2011. She will give you tons of tips and trick as well as a great understanding of what to expect when you climb to high altitude and how best to train.
She is amazing at teaching you these skills, and more in a fun way that you will remember when you need them most.

Guides will not ever touch you, pull or push you up, but will coach you to do it yourself.
Guides are fully qualified to assist in any emergency with their advanced first aid skills, and their full first aid kit.
