Interval Training:
This will be a fast paced hike designed to hit as many hills as possible for 5 minute hard intervals of pushing as fast as we can going up - then walking at a normal pace for the flat sections. To make it harder (if you are already fit ) We will add 4 KG in our backpacks, to maximize the training by adding 4 KG of water bottles. Not because we may need it but because this is the smart way to train, weight makes everything harder so you will get a really intense training session carrying this much water.
