WHAT TO EXPECT

World class canyoning experience.

Oman’s rawest canyoning challenge — built for experienced adventurers only.

Umq Bir is one of Oman’s most demanding canyoning routes — a long, physical journey through remote canyon terrain, deep pools, sharp rock corridors and technical rope sections.

Hidden in the Eastern Hajar Mountains, near the Wadi Tiwi system, Umq Bir is known for its length, difficulty and wild terrain. Other regional operators describe it as one of the toughest and longest canyons in Oman, involving hours of swimming, hiking, climbing, descending and abseiling through narrow gorge systems.

This is a full-body adventure. You’ll move through water, rock and rope — swimming long sections, scrambling across boulders, navigating canyon walls and working as a team through one of Oman’s least accessible natural routes.

This is not the Oman most people see.
This is the one you earn.
