HOW MEMBERSHIPS WORK

After you purchase a package, we will add you to the Membership Whats app Group where we announce the upcoming events each week and where you can request which hike you would like to join. You can also chat with other members to share rides and swap pictures with each other.

Our members make fast friends and end up with a strong sense of community and belonging in our treks. You can also request a hike that you want to do and see if other members would like to join you.

We often do special hikes just for our members and when there are fewer than 5 people ‘booked’ on a trek, if everyone is a member that is in the group we will still run the hike.

Our season runs officially the end of March but as long as the weather is acceptable, we will continue to offer hikes through May, especially if we have trekkers training for summer hikes. Members are always welcome to join those if they still have a few hikes left in the package. However, you do need to use the package before the summer and we do not ‘carry’ extra hikes over into the next season.

As a member, there are also no penalties for cancelling your hike at the last minute, which is a huge benefit considering our very strict no refund policy for late cancellations and no shows.
