The Mountain Training Sessions are only offered for those who are registered for Mt Kenya, Mt.Toubkal, Kilimanjaro, Macchu Picchu, Mt Ararat and Everest Base Camp in Spring/Summer
Reham is a 1.5 hour climb that always has shade in the morning and a wonderful sea breeze and great views at the top!
We are committed to give all of our participants that climb with us plenty of opportunities for training and we take that commitment very seriously.
Hiking is the best training for climbing a mountain.
The 375 M Reham Summit
We will run this session 3 times over the next few months, with starting times varying as the heat turns up.
The hill is around 1.5 hours climb up and a total of 7;5 Km descending on switchbacks. Its a great morning working and a great addition to your regular routing.

Session 2: Interval Max Out: 5 reps: 1 minute intervals max HR, 3 minutes walk: 5 reps: Walk to top
Sunday, April 12
Session 3: Hill Climb for Time, walk down.
Location & Car Access: 1 hour 20 minutes from Dubai.
Distance & Duration of the Hike: 2.5 Hours, 7.5 KM
Wear your hiking boots.
Backpacks should always have 4 liters of water to mimic what you will carry on the mountain.

Group Size: Small groups under 10 (max 15) with two guides to keep everyone together.
Guides: Experienced,
Hiking boots are always recommended but trail runners ok for this hike which is on excellent trails.
